Hararian Organisation Annual Fundraiser 2025

The Hararian Organisation Annual Fundraiser was an event and series of performances to remember. For the first time at a major event, six Madih groups participated, ranging from the younger girls (under 13s) through to the elder fathers’ group. This wide representation highlighted the depth and diversity of talent within the Madih program and reflected the strong engagement across all age groups.

The performances created an incredible atmosphere for the audience and served as a rewarding experience for those who dedicated their time and effort to organising the event. It was also a meaningful moment for the participants themselves, who were able to showcase their skills, dedication, and commitment to preserving this important tradition on such a significant platform.

We aim to continue delivering events of this calibre and abundance, as demonstrated at the 2025 fundraiser, while ensuring that every group is given the opportunity to participate and contribute throughout the year at our various events. These ongoing opportunities are essential in supporting the growth of the Madih groups and strengthening the wider community’s connection to this cherished practice.
